General Agency
Certificato IWZ FZCO operates in Syria through its L3 General Agency with ETT Global Elite Investment LLC, connecting local organisations with independent management-system certification services delivered by the Dubai Certification Body.
Mandate
The Syria General Agency operates under an L3 strategic agency framework between CERTIFICATO IWZ FZCO and ETT Global Elite Investment LLC for the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Local responsibilities
The Agency develops relationships with companies, institutions, associations and stakeholders; presents authorised IWZ certification services; receives and registers enquiries; transfers information needed for evaluation; and maintains traceability of opportunities and communications.
Separation from certification decisions
The General Agency is a commercial and organisational interface. It does not perform certification audits, appoint auditors, conduct technical reviews, issue certificates or make certification decisions. These functions remain within the Certification Body’s controlled processes.
Operating network
ETT supports the Syrian market through Damascus, Idlib, Aleppo and the Coast, together with representation points in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Jordan, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Responsible person
Abdulrahman Jiro is the General Agency Responsible and local coordination point for CERTIFICATO IWZ FZCO.
