Principle
Impartiality is a fundamental condition of credible management-system certification. Commercial activity, local relationships and opportunity development are separated from audit findings, technical review and certification decisions.
Agency safeguards
The Syria General Agency may present authorised services, develop relationships and route enquiries, but it must not influence audit results or certification decisions. Potential conflicts must be communicated to the Certification Body.
Certification authority
Auditor assignment, audit execution, technical review, certification decisions, issuance, suspension, renewal and withdrawal remain under the processes and responsibility of CERTIFICATO IWZ FZCO.
