Right to complain or appeal
Clients and interested parties may submit complaints concerning services or conduct, and applicant or certified organisations may use the applicable appeal process for eligible certification decisions.
How to submit
Send a clear description, relevant evidence, organisation details and contact information to syrian@certificatoiwz.org. Matters concerning certification decisions will be routed to the competent independent process of CERTIFICATO IWZ FZCO.
Independence
Complaints and appeals are handled with appropriate separation from the activities being challenged and in accordance with the Certification Body procedures and accreditation requirements.
